JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Prof. Dipanjan Pan, Huck Chair Professor in Nanomedicine in the Huck Institute of Life Sciences at Penn State, is seeking a self-motivated, highly skilled Postdoctoral Scholar to work on a CDC-funded project. The successful candidate will work closely with the PI and other lab members in a multidisciplinary laboratory environment to develop various sensing platforms and other nanomedicine projects. The Pan Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for nanoparticle characterization, and the Postdoctoral Scholar will have access to world class facilities at the Penn State campus. This is a term appointment, funded for one year from date of hire, with an excellent possibility of renewal.
