What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Workplace Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital workplace solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee engagement. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and develop strategies to optimize their digital workplace environment. You will be responsible for the Data and Collaboration and Individual Productivity pillar of the Digital Workplace for the Americas Zone.

  • Design and implement digital workplace solutions, including collaboration tools, communication platforms, and productivity applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a digital workplace strategy that aligns with the L'Oreal's goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the digital workplace experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams and end-users.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of digital workplace solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital workplace solutions and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital workplace solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on Digital Workplace solutions. (Teams/SharePoint/Exchange/etc)
  • Strong knowledge of collaboration tools, communication platforms, and productivity applications in the Office 365 ecosystem.
  • Heavy Experience with cloud technologies and services, such as Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
