Responsible for A/R, and mail follow-up on amounts due from Payor's, and third-party's on a timely basis in accordance with CBO policies for facilities assigned. Responsibility for timely collections and third-party follow-up. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. For Inpatient Rehab 18 accounts a day for Inpatient LTACH 15 accounts a day. We prefer quality over quantity. Is there a specific system that the team uses? Wellsky is our main software, not a lot of people have used it before. It is very user-friendly, and we provide two weeks' hands-on in-classroom training. We also use Inovalon(formally known as myability) for claims/billing/remits (training also provided) Will this role also manage the adjustments/rebill claims? Collectors only pursue payments from insurance companies and adjust small balance variances under $500. Any adjustments higher are submitted to managers for adjustment review and any billing is submitted to the billing team to correct or to bill. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
