AMR Deployment Specialist

PURPOSE/SCOPE:

The AMR Deployment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end deployment of Tennant AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) equipment. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of equipment, providing technical expertise and support during the deployment process and throughout the life of the machine.

GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES:



  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and deployment of AMR products at customer sites within respective region.
  • Collaborate with local Account Managers, IMMs, Strategic Account Managers and Customer Success team to ensure successful deployments.
  • Develop and execute deployment plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.
  • Monitor customer autonomous usage trends and develop and execute strategies to achieve usage goals.
  • In collaboration with the Customer Success Team, monitor existing customer AMR fleet utilization trends and develop strategies to maximize usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Report directly into an Industrial Market Manager and indirectly to AMR Strategic Accounts Managers.
  • Participate in training activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills with the goal of advancement to other sales related positions in the future.



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:



  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university; Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of two years of business experience in technical sales, or a sales/service support role.
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products and services to a wide range of buying influences.
  • Strong aptitude for presentations, demonstrations and training
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people
  • Organize and prioritize business and activities to make the most efficient use of time and resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge with existing company technology.
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, conflict management, and aptitude to leverage various technologies to drive efficiencies.
  • Effectively use technology to communicate, manage data, record and retrieve customer contacts, and access essential information about our business.
  • Develop and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the sales process.
