Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Consumer Acquisition to lead our demand generation efforts across all channels. This role is pivotal in driving customer growth through strategic segmentation, affiliate program management, and a robust testing and learning framework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, analytics, and consumer insights, with a proven ability to develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

* Demand Generation Leadership Accountable for the overall performance of demand generation initiatives across all channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Segmentation Programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement geographic and demographic segmentation programs that enhance targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.
* Affiliate Program Oversight Manage the affiliate marketing program, including strategy development, partner recruitment, performance tracking, and optimization to maximize ROI.
* Event Calendar Management Responsible for the planning and execution of a comprehensive calendar of events that drive consumer engagement and acquisition.
* Test and Learn Strategy Develop and oversee a continual test and learn strategy to assess the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization.
* Collaboration and Communication Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategies and effective execution across all consumer acquisition efforts.
* Performance Metrics Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to monitor and analyze the performance of consumer acquisition strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
* Budget Management Develop and manage the budget for consumer acquisition initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve maximum impact.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
* 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and demand generation
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful acquisition strategies across multiple channels
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
* Experience managing affiliate programs and partnerships, with a focus on performance optimization
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
* Innovative thinker with a passion for testing new ideas and approaches to drive consumer growth

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $178,500.00-$255,000.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
