Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Mobile Application Developer!

As a Mobile Application Developer at ComplyRight, Inc.(A Taylor Company), you will work as part of a dedicated cross-functional team to help develop and scale our platforms. In this highly-collaborative environment, there will be the opportunity to grow as a software developer working with new technologies with direct customer impact. With your technical prowess, you will help us shape the future of HR, Tax and compliance software.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build, deploy, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter/React Native for iOS, Android, iPadOS
  • Maintain and improve the functionality of existing software and products
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and other developers as part of the Agile (SCRUM) process
  • Participate in code reviews and assist with regular analysis
  • Produce and maintain documentation, system diagrams, and data models
  • May perform other duties as assigned

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Application Developer
  • Experience with native Android and/or iOS development
  • Familiarity with native SDKs in Flutter
  • Experience with CodeMagic/Github/Bitbucket Actions for CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with web services and various protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, follow through, and detail-orientation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-teach, take initiative, and adapt easily to changes

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Angular (v8+)
  • .Net/C# Backend
  • SQL or other relational databases
