Description Job Summary: The Account Manager will work closely with customers (OEM's, tier 1's, etc.) and internal teams to support commercial activity related to xEV products. Role responsibilities include: acting as a main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries, preparing sales reports and summaries, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to manage commercial activity related to assigned xEV products. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and open to learning xEV product specifications and manufacturing processes to communicate confidently with knowledgeable customers. Must additionally have technical prowess to recognize new product opportunities that will grow Astemo future product target areas of business. Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field. Experience: 2-4 years' experience in: sales, engineering, program management, or business development. Automotive powertrain experience preferred. Experience working within customer portals preferred. Job level determined by various factors such as organization size, responsibility, career stage, and capabilities. Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A (potential for development) Working conditions: Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Travel: Domestic and international travel required.
