In this role, you'll maintain medical files, ensure confidentiality, screen calls, and provide exceptional customer service to youth and staff. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing client billings, ordering supplies, and supporting office operations using systems like EPIC and JJIS. You'll also coordinate transportation for medical appointments. If you have experience with electronic health records (like EPIC), we want to hear from you!
