How you will make history here...

The Maintenance Supervisor performs those functions necessary for completing planned maintenance work, continuation of work in progress from the previous shift or day and completion of Emergency Work Orders. All management responsibility concerning work crew such as the safety, quality and efficiency of their work execution, their skill assessment and training and administrative personnel matters. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

1. 15% - Ensure that all jobs are performed safely.
2. 5% - Assist with personnel assignments.
3. 5% - Schedule work in a manner that maximizes productivity and sees that work is executed as scheduled.
4. 10% - Follow up on jobs to determine progress and status of the daily work.
5. 10% - Communicate daily job status reports to Planner/Scheduler, indicating those to be completed by the end of the shift and those expected to carry over.
6. 5% - Provide clarification of Work Orders or Work Request lacking sufficient information to the Planner/Scheduler.
7. 5% - Coordinate and complete emergency/urgent jobs in an efficient and safe manner.
8. 5% - Assist in coordination of plant Safety Programs.
9. 5% - Seek recommendations for improving work procedures and plans. Utilize employee engagement to maximize all resources.
10. 10% - Determine root causes of major repairs and implement the necessary corrective action to prevent recurrence.
11. 10% - Maintain open communications with all departments and personnel in regard to safety, job efficiency, product quality, customer service, and housekeeping.
12. 5% - Maintain maintenance shop and equipment (5S).
13. 5% - Develop training needs for assigned craftsmen.
14. 5% - Ensure the assigned craftsmen understand their goals and objectives, and how they are contributing towards them by reviewing the KPIs.

Who will you work with...

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

* High School Diploma or GED

* Three to five years of maintenance supervision experience.

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

Associate's degree; prefer technical field of study i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
* Three to five years of maintenance supervision experience.
* Experience in PLC, PC controlled equipment preferred.
* Experience in SAP

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$79,200-$113,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
