Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a WMS Application Systems Analyst!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and evaluates existing warehouse management systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop detailed plans for the implementation of enhancements to the Tecsys WMS system
  • Provides expert advice and solutions to complex warehousing and distribution challenges
  • Conduct training sessions for users on the functionalities and updates of the Tecsys WMS system
  • Documents existing processes and new functionality
  • Develops understanding of back office systems like TComs OMS and other sister company back office systems that Tecsys is integrated with

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with WMS (preferably Tecsys) and its application in warehousing and distribution
  • Understanding of back office and inventory management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly

We Would Also Prefer:

  • B.S. in Business or IT
  • Background in warehouse management operations
