Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic TV and print media expert to join our growing operations team. This individual will be a part of our newly formed team that is focused on developing and implementing operating standards, specifically in TV and print media.

Responsibilities
* Process optimization, identify best practices and work with automation team to streamline processes and identify opportunities
* Be the main point of contact to onboard and agree to the process
* Have a direct relationship with the systems partners to understand product enhancement
* Participate in QBRs as needed
* Developing Operating Standards with our global media groups
o Escalation source of truth for GCC compliance to media standards
o Providing POVs on overall operations and standards across offline media
* Governing overall delivery of product standards
o Supporting process design, development and documentation
o Co-author SLA development in line with various groups
o Support training for processes and new ways of working
o Support taxonomy governance across offline channels
o Support defining escalation path and procedures
o Support development of RACI between GCC and Crafts
* Supporting the development of clears ways of working across our business teams
o Manage ongoing process optimization and evolutions
o Support client onboarding and instance governance across tech platforms
o Define and manage platform access requirements
o Support requirements gathering for ticketing system logic

Required Skills
* Experience: Experience planning or buying print and TV media across media planning and buying activation, and working with clients in the US and/or UK
* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive results.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholder groups. Ready to have a clear and concise point of view as it relates to offline media management.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully navigating challenges and delivering solutions. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented.

Desired Skills
* 4-6 Years in planning, buying role
* Experience working with global partners
* Management experience of media and/or platform partners

Education: Bachelor's degree in Media, Business,Operations or a related field

The salary range for this position is posted below.
