Responsibilities As a R&D Semiconductor Integration Engineer, your primary focus will be on developing and sustaining cutting-edge micro- and nano-fabrication technologies for high-performance microwave and millimeter-wave applications. This role involves working with InP and GaAs-based HBT, HEMT, and other electronic components that define key competitive specifications, contributing to industry-leading RF, microwave, and high-bit rate instruments. Your responsibilities will include defining, implementing, and improving semiconductor device processes for microwave and mmWave applications. Collaborating with process and product engineers, technicians, and customers, you will ensure project deliverables are met. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and transferring new technologies to manufacturing, contributing significantly to the production of compound semiconductor ICs that drive Keysight's multi-billion-dollar electronic test and measurement business. Key Responsibilities: *Define, implement, and enhance semiconductor device processes for microwave and mmWave applications. Qualifications This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
