Trulaske College of Business, Employer and External Relations Job Description
Position Overview: The Employer and External Relations Office Coordinator at the Trulaske College of Business provides essential support to employers, alumni, and external partners visiting the College. This role is focused on coordinating event logistics, delivering concierge-level service to visitors, and supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Employer and External Relations with office management. The Employer and External Relations Office Coordinator also manages travel logistics and the Employer and External Relations staff and ensures a welcoming, professional environment for all guests. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
