Your Impact

  • Assist in story writing and review for new software features for footwear, apparel and consumer products customers using FlexPLM. This includes documenting requirements, designing user interfaces and experiences
  • Define feature testing and performance requirements
  • Perform end-user testing new software development work.
  • Assist in developing product marketing content and customer facing presentations for new features.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
  • Passion for user-centered design and improving the overall user experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and across different departments.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and tool
