We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of auditing and monitoring quality requirements, ensuring that our standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections at First Article, PPAP, in-process, in-coming and completes the final inspections
  • Measure product conformance utilizing CMM (Creaform/Polyworks), and Virtek Laser Inspection machine
  • Create and edit CMM programs using Polyworks
  • Perform PPAP, and First Article inspections to support the component qualification process.
  • Read and interpret specifications and part prints
  • Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions. Communicate with project engineers to ensure schematics follow the final product
  • All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality-related position preferred
  • Proficient with ASME GD&T
  • Able to accurately use micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
  • MS Office Experience
  • Good communication skills and detail-oriented



Salary: $23.81 hourly - $35.71 hourly. A starting salary higher than $23.81 is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
