The HR Employee Services Representative provides business process and transactional system expertise to the decentralized HR teams supporting the business functions, manufacturing plants, and parts distribution centers in the region. The role will partner with colleagues to ensure consistent HR program and service delivery for approximately 10,000 employees in North America. The role will utilize and in-depth knowledge of HR programs and policies to provide consulting and decision support.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based in Racine, WI or Oak Brook, IL.



Responsibilities

    Serve as the point of contact for assigned functions/departments and answer or route general HR related questions to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain familiarity with Human Resources policies, procedures, compensation & benefits programs, employee discipline procedures, and laws pertaining to employee relations, EEO, etc.
  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of the data maintained in the HRMS
  • Monitor transactional requests submitted through the electronic forms technology, follow determined workflows, and complete required system updates to optimize HR transactional processes
  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of data maintained in the global and regional HR systems
  • Serve as subject matter expert and business process owner for various programs including, new employee onboarding, exit/severance management, tuition reimbursement, rewards and recognition, I9/work authorization management, company vehicle programs, etc.
  • Oversee the workflow of HR data and information related to cross-functional processes that influence payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer through participation in staff/regional HR meetings and assist with the onboarding of new HR Team members
  • Provide expertise that informs HR business process design and/or improvement projects
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure services meet CNH quality, timeliness, and cost standards

The annual salary for this role is $52,500-$77,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • An Associates degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources-related role; in lieu of degree, a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience will be considered

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency with Excel
