Position Summary

The Quality Intern serves hands-on, real-world tasks and projects that will have a direct impact on the ongoing growth of Oceaneering. This position is full-time hybrid, and the applicant must be able to work in the Hanover, Maryland office at least three days a week. Base pay for this position is $30.00 per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Assist in transitioning to new ERP and testing new ways to fully utilize our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
* Develop new Inspection Plans supporting Manufacturing and Assembly departments.
* Set-up workflow for Objective Quality Evidence in new ERP.
* Develop training materials for new ERP.
* Convert existing paperwork Instructions to digital Manufacturing Plans in new ERP.
* Complete other quality control and quality assurance projects as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Current enrollment in accredited college or university pursing a degree. Applicants should be completing their sophomore or junior year.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* U.S. Citizenship.
* Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* 3.0+ cumulative GPA.
* Academic excellence and extracurricular activities.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
