Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) - a joint-venture partnership betweenZemiTek, LLC and Dexis- is seeking aCommunications Specialistto support the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Inclusive Growth, Partnerships, and Innovation(IPI),Inclusive Development Hub(ID Hub). The ID Hub's mandate is to promote the rights and inclusion of marginalized and under-represented populations around the world in the development process, working across various technical areas to "combat stigma and discrimination, promote empowerment and inclusion of marginalized or underrepresented groups, and improve the lives of populations in high-risk situations." USAID's ID Hub advances foreign assistance to be more responsive to the needs and priorities of people who are marginalized, underrepresented, or made vulnerable. The ID Hub serves as the Agency's leader in promoting integrated development approaches to ensure full social participation in the development process by all involved, specifically by promoting participation from the world's underrepresented, historically marginalized groups. The ID Hub's policies and efforts promote inclusion, equity, and protections for LGBTQI+ people, persons with disabilities, Indigenous Peoples, children in adversity and their families, victims of torture, youth, and marginalized racial and ethnic groups. The Communications Specialist is a mid-level communication advisor that will work with theSenior Communications Advisor to plan and implement communications activities and produce communication products for the ID Hub. The Communications Specialist will be a member of this team based in Washington, DC and will require onsite work in the Inclusive Development Hub's office in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive.
