Project Manager- Non-IT
Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Non-IT). The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on project management experience, with demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multidisciplinary technical teams or trades. The Project Manager will work closely with technical staff, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires travel (minimum 30% travel) to worksite locations across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Team Coordination and Leadership
Budget and Resource Management
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
On-Site Supervision and Travel
