Systems Analyst Position Summary: Under direction of Information Systems Management, is responsible for various projects and support of software applications. These staff members will be responsible for analyzing software applications to ensure they fit the needs of the business. This staff will also be responsible for coordinating project timelines throughout the project life cycle.
- Supply Chain and Registration Applications Support: Experience working with system configuration, workflows, analysis, and system interfaces. Background working in Supply Chain, Fixed Assets, Registration & Scheduling. AthenaOne and/or Meditech experience a bonus.
- Clinical Applications Support (Physician Support focused): Background working with clinical workflow analysis, system configuration and integration, testing, support, and data collection. Knowledge and build experience with the following systems highly preferred: Meditech Expanse OM (Order Management), Meditech Expanse Physician Documentation (PDOC), Meditech Expanse Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Nihon Kohden Physiological Monitoring, and Inspiren AUGi Fall Monitoring. Previous experience with Project Management also highly preferred.
- Ancillary Application Support Analyst: Experience working with system configurations, workflows, analysis, and system interfaces. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both in writing and verbally, to stakeholders, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role is preferred. Also preferred, experience supporting the following systems and departments: CenTrak RTLS, CenTrak Hand Hygiene, CenTrak Safety Solutions, CenTrak Environmental Monitoring, Lenel, Meditech Bed Management, Meditech Surveillance, Security, Engineering, Hospital Operations Resource Center, and Food Services
Qualifications & Education: Bachelor 's degree in computer science or equivalent field of study, or relevant equivalent work-related education/experience required. Master 's degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: Experience working with information systems applications. Experience in conducting problem analysis, problem management, requirements gathering, feasibility studies, system design and implementation. Working knowledge of healthcare enterprise preferred. 2 to 3 years experience preferred.
