You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center | Your benefits virtually (mybenefitsjhhs.com) Summary: This position oversees the day-to-day operations in the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center (SKCCC) at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC) and the JHBMC Breast Center. The position works collaboratively amongst all departments that provide care which includes: medical oncology, radiation oncology, thoracic surgery, medicine (hematology, interventional pulmonary), breast surgery, and radiology. This role provides direct oversight over the administrative personnel. This includes the hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the team including Registrars, Medical Office Coordinators, Ambulatory Lead, and any other entry level staff across all areas. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Cancer Services at JHBMC. Qualifications: Associates degree required. Combination of education and experience may be considered. Three years of relevant experience required, ideally in a cancer setting; prior supervisory experience required. Salary Range: Minimum 28.96 per hour - Maximum 50.70 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
