Apply now to make waves in facilities management! Some of what you will do: Assist in managing facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Help coordinate vendor and contractor activities. Contribute to budget planning and cost control measures. Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support sustainability initiatives and energy management efforts. Participate in facility-related project management. Assist in developing and maintaining facility-related documentation and records. Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning. Collaborate with internal departments to address facility-related needs. Support work order management to ensure work orders are assigned, updated, verified, and closed out to meet agreed SLAs. Who are looking for: Required 3+ years of experience in facilities management Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites Preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., IFMA's FMP) Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift. Must be available after-hours for emergency responses. Pay $52,000-70,000 with a 7.5% targeted bonus of the annual salary. | |
