Customer Data Specialist

Brady is seeking a Customer Data Specialist who will maintain, review and create Customer and Contact master records. Validate data entry standards are being followed. Assist Sales, Credit/Billing and Customer Service departments to ensure data accuracy. Administer record changes/updates as necessary through the use of data maintenance tools. Assist with process documentation and training. Seek resolutions to issues encountered with data and processes. Analyze the impact of configuration changes to master data. Requires knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com in addition to 3rd party systems and tools.
