ICT Technical Project Manager for the Parts and Service Depot Operations environment supporting CNH Industrial's Global Depot Operations community through our Warehouse Management Systems and various depot applications. The technical project manager will be involved in projects from the design and planning stages through implementation of the project. The manager will be responsible for assisting in the technical and functional designs, developing timelines, assigning and overseeing tasks to completion, and managing the project to the budget. Other responsibilities include coordination of meetings, monitoring progress and providing technical assistance to development and infrastructure support teams. The manager is responsible for ensuring that the team has the proper resources, knowledge and support to complete the project. Additionally, this role will be involved in supporting the Application Management team to ensure ongoing maintenance and activities are performed as anticipated.



Responsibilities

Project Management

    Responsibility for the management of both simple and complex global projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Developing the scope and deliverables for the initiative
  • Coordination with Suppliers & business teams
  • Development of tasks/project plans with Suppliers
  • Establishing testing plans & metrics that ensure project success
  • Project management and tracking
  • Change Management
  • Contingency planning & conflict resolution
  • Reporting and communication of the project to ICT and business teams

Application Management

  • Assist in the management & prioritization of the Application Management Support (AMS) activities
  • Monitor progress and drive momentum within team to complete tasks to deliver as committed
  • Assist in the technical and architectural designs of the depot operations environment
  • Assist in the development & practice of technology standards, polices and principles
  • Documentation management

The annual salary for this role is $95,250 - $127,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • College degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience
  • Project Management
  • Information Architecture experience to assist in the overall structure and layout of the Depot Operations landscape
  • Warehouse management is a plus to assist in creating a strategy for content and features
  • Industry visionary, knowledgeable in current warehouse and logistics technologies, standards, solutions and how to apply them
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and application integration
