In this role, you will:



  • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
  • Develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and functions in SQL Server to support data integration and reporting needs.
  • Create and maintain data warehouse documentation, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and ETL specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks in ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and data analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with version control systems like Git to manage code and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our data warehouse architecture and ETL processes.



Who You Are:



  • Proven experience as an ETL/Data Warehouse Developer with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SSIS, T-SQL, and database design.
  • Proficiency in dimensional modeling and star schema design.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly financial insurance, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
