Description & Requirements

Our project-based staffing workforce is continuing to grow to meet the demands of exciting client opportunities. This role will assist with the recruitment lifecycle management of fixed term project-based employees within our division of Talent Shift, LLC. As the Recruiting Lead, you will support the management of the recruitment lifecycle and offer process while building our verified network. (www.talentshift.com)

How you will contribute:

  • Proactively developing and maintaining candidate pools for current and future positions within the following industries: Technology, Commercial Products, and Public Sector.
  • Screening resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, drafting bios, and referring qualified candidates to CRM, open requisitions, and potential opportunity hires
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations for hiring processes
  • Lead strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies
  • Coaching hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing and selection
  • Lead by example in achieving measurable goals, objectives, and metrics that link Talent Shift to the most critical business initiatives
  • Actively contributing to reporting needs from leadership by ensuring data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle through all digital channels
  • Ensuring a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the hiring process serving as the primary point of contact through the hire date and beyond
  • Preparing, managing, and utilizing the applicant tracking resources for recruiting data and metrics, to track and report on recruiting data, drive key decisions, and ensure compliance with OFCCP and other relevant regulation
  • Assisting in the negotiations of offer letters as needed for the recruitment team

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent consultative, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong recruitment experience within the following industries: Technology, Commercial Products, and Public Sector
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5 years or more of relevant work experience within professional services preferred
  • Strong sourcing, assessment and recruitment process, strategy, and executive presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Prior experience in an OFCCP, EEO, and AAP compliant recruiting environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations applicable to hiring practices
  • Previous experience developing teams and individuals through motivation, team processes, and performance management
  • CPA firm, financial services, or other professional service firm recruiting experience
  • Experience working in various applicant tracking systems, such as Workday and iCIMS

New York Pay Transparency

Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Talent Shift reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
