We're looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our elite manufacturing team, bringing precision, expertise, and craftsmanship to every weld. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in your work, this is your opportunity to shine!


Your Role as a TIG Welder:

As a TIG Welder, you'll be responsible for joining components with precision, ensuring structural integrity, and maintaining the highest quality standards in aerospace manufacturing.


What You'll Do:

Read & interpret blueprints and job orders to execute precise welding operations

Perform TIG welding according to AWS D17.1 2024 standards

Work with aluminum (6061), Inconel (625), and stainless steel (321)

Successfully certify in at least two metals within 90 days

Fit and weld components in fixtures with minimal supervision

Ensure top-quality welds that meet and exceed customer expectations

Monitor and maintain tooling-report wear and recommend replacements

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


What You Bring to the Team:

TIG welding experience-skilled in aerospace-grade metals

Blueprint reading & interpretation skills

Ability to meet strict quality and safety standards

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience/training)

Strong attention to detail & craftsmanship

Commitment to teamwork & collaboration


Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Hands-on welding in a high-tech aerospace manufacturing facility

Moderate noise levels, working near moving mechanical parts

Physical activity-standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), kneeling, and working with precision tools
