Summary

Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Primary Care Physician to join one of our Palm Coast facilities located at 309 Palm Coast Pkwy NE. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends, call is limited. Some of our larger multi-specialty hubs offer Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Infusion Clinic, Hand Surgery, Gastroenterology, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Sports Medicine, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!

Qualifications

* MD / DO

* BC / BE

* Current Florida License
