Role Overview The Office Services Facilities Coordinator supports the Office Services Management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office facilities and providing support to various departments. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment for employees and visitors. The Office Services Facilities Coordinator also manages projects and initiatives, requiring strong communication skills, organizational aptitude, and the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects. In this role, you will coordinate with vendors, manage facility maintenance and relocation requests, oversee repairs and improvements, update floor plans, generate reports, and ensure the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the office space. Location This role is required to work onsite in our Newport Beach, CA office five days a week, Monday through Friday.
