Sr Project Manager - Aviation

Hill International is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Glen Burnie, Maryland with aviation experience

• Oversee construction projects on behalf of Maryland Aviation Administration at Baltimore Washington International (BWI) airport
• Serve as face of the CMI team, serving as main point of contact for client
• Responsible for delivering CMI services for air side, landside and terminal building projects
• Supervise CMI staff, including Res. engineers, office engineers, QA inspectors, document control administrators
• Administer contracts for sub consultants
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for client
• Liaison with client's Airport Operations, Facility, Engineering and Construction, Program Management consultant
• Report to Program Manager and supervise Construction Management and Inspection staff, including resident engineers, assistant resident engineers, office engineers, QA inspectors, and admin assistants
• Planning and managing works of all disciplines to ensure compliance with the relevant Contract requirements, specifications and standards, safety cases etc.

• Bachelor degree in engineering or construction related field
• Aviation project experience is required
• Minimum of 15 years experience in project management/construction management
• Full time on-site position, with occasional remote work
• PE preferred or similar industry credentials such as CCM, PMP, etc.
• Experience at BWI Airport construction program is a plus
