Job Summary: The LMS and eLearning Coordinator manages the UA Learning Management System (LMS). Leads the creation of engaging online course development. Designs, creates, and oversees multimedia content creation. Supports training and onboarding initiatives in multiple modalities. Additional Department Summary: Manages the UA Learning Management System (LMS). Leads the creation of engaging online course development and design. Creates and oversees multimedia content creation. Supports training and onboarding initiatives in multiple modalities. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of instructional design and/or LMS administration experience; OR master's degree and some instructional design and/or LMS administration experience. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adept with multimedia marketing and website design (Wordpress). Proven understanding of adult learning methodologies, LMS administration, rapid e-learning authoring tools, course design, development, and support. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software. Ability to design and deliver effective training and content design development using a variety of delivery methods. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in education, adult learning, organizational development, instructional design, instructional technology, communications, or related field. Experience working with Learning Management Systems. Experience with eLearning authoring tools and web development tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, WordPress, etc.) Experience with multi-media design and content development. Experience presenting, teaching, and training. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and command line scripting.
